How do I find styles for a specific occasion or look?

Cielmoki organises its 263-piece catalogue into occasion-driven collections. Start with Evening Gowns for black-tie galas, weddings, and formal events; Two Piece sets for tailored suits, wide-leg trouser sets, and lounge sets; Statement Outerwear for faux-leather jackets, trench coats, and duster vests; Resort Wear for kaftan styles and boho-fringe pieces; or Jumpsuits & Rompers for formal jumpsuits and casual rompers. Where can I see fabric, measurements, and styling details for a particular dress?

Every product page includes a full description covering the overlay fabric, lining, silhouette, neckline, and closure type, along with a size chart showing bust, waist, and hip measurements in inches. Because materials and construction vary significantly across our catalogue — a sequin capelet gown is not the same as a chiffon one-shoulder dress — always check the specific product page rather than assuming details apply store-wide.

Sizing & Fit

What size range does Cielmoki offer?

Most of our evening gowns and formal dresses are available in sizes from XS through 3XL. The exact size options shown on each product page reflect what is currently in stock for that style, so availability may differ between colours and designs.

How do I use the size chart on a product page?

Each product page lists bust, waist, and hip measurements in inches for every available size. Manual measurements can vary by approximately 0.4–1.2 inches, so allow a small tolerance when comparing to your own body measurements. Some gowns also include a length measurement — check the chart on the specific product page for that detail.

What should I do if I'm between sizes?

For most of our structured bodice gowns — including corset, column, and A-line silhouettes — we recommend sizing up if your measurements fall between two sizes. This gives you comfortable room through the bust and waist. If a product page offers a different fit note, follow that guidance instead.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days. This timeframe covers transit only and does not include the processing period above.
